We collect only what you give us through our forms: your name, email address, phone number and location when you apply to become a Cheerleader; your name, email and message when you contact us; and your name, email, location and the story itself when you submit a story.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to you, to arrange your involvement as a Cheerleader, and to publish stories you have asked us to publish. We do not use your details for anything else.
What we publish
Stories are only published after review, and only with the consent you give when submitting. We never publish your email address or phone number. You may ask us to remove a published story at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Our website, database and email delivery run on service providers who process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications for as long as needed to act on them and to maintain our records of the movement. You can ask us to delete your details.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Our forms are protected against automated abuse, and access to submitted information is limited to the Cheers Global team.
